Field Sales Executive

Job Title : Field Sales Executive — IndiaMART (Channel Partner, Jamnagar)

Location : Jamnagar, Gujarat

1. Role :

As a Field Sales Executive working with IndiaMART (through our local channel-partner setup), you will be responsible for connecting small and medium businesses / local suppliers in and around Jamnagar with IndiaMART’s services. You will build relationships, explain how IndiaMART works, and help onboard them onto the platform.

2.Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads and identify potential sellers / suppliers in your area.
• Meet prospective clients in person; explain IndiaMART services and benefits to them.
• Help interested businesses with the sign-up / registration process on IndiaMART.
• Maintain records of leads and clients (contact info, business details, status).
• Follow up regularly with prospects, answer their queries, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide periodic reports / updates to the channel partner (you) about the number of leads, conversions, feedback from clients.

3.Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline (or equivalent). Some prior sales experience is a plus but freshers can also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills — able to explain services clearly and build trust.
• Willingness to travel locally (around Jamnagar and nearby areas). Having a 2-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid driving licence and registration may be useful if the job involves field visits.
• Self-motivated, honest, and capable of working independently to meet targets.
