Role OverviewThe HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all human resource functions at Kanzariya Pharma, ensuring strategic alignment of HR activities with business goals. Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
• Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new employees to ensure smooth integration. Keka

2. HR Policy & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies aligned with company values and legal requirements.

3. Employee Relations & Culture

• Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure effective communication.
• Resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally and fairly. Adzuna

4. Performance & Development

• Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, reviews, and feedback systems.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development and learning programs. Keka

5. HR Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR metrics, and reporting systems (HRIS/HRMS).
• Monitor HR data and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Keka

6. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Design and implement engagement programs to enhance morale, retention, and productivity.
