Multimedia Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Design (Print & Digital): Create high-quality graphics for diverse media, including leaflets, brochures, posters, and digital ads.
• AI Video Production: Conceptualize and produce engaging short-form videos and reels using AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, or Midjourney) to enhance storytelling and workflow efficiency.
• Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and manage daily activity across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand voice and high audience engagement.
• Asset Management: Maintain and organize a digital library of all design assets, photography, and video content for easy team access.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on 2025 design trends, emerging AI video technologies, and social media algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience with AI design and video tools (e.g., Canva AI, Firefly, Midjourney, CapCut).
• Social Media Savvy: Strong knowledge of platform-specific best practices, analytics, and community management.
• Core Design Principles: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design or multimedia content creation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or Marketing (preferred but equivalent experience is valued).
