Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor site safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct daily safety inspections at civil construction sites
  • Ensure use of PPE by all workers and staff
  • Identify hazards and take preventive and corrective actions
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers
  • Maintain safety records, registers, and reports
  • Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents
  • Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms and company policies
  • Coordinate with site engineers and contractors on safety issues
  • Monitor scaffolding, excavation, formwork, and lifting activities.
