Sales Executive

As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be the face of K Lights. You will welcome customers, understand their lighting needs, and recommend the best smart or decorative lighting solutions to match their home or business. Your goal is to provide a premium shopping experience while driving store sales.

• Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers promptly. Understand their requirements (decorative, smart, or functional lighting) and offer professional advice.
• Product Demonstration: Show how different lighting products work, including smart lighting features, LED functions, and decorative effects.
• Showroom Management: Ensure all display lights are working and clean. Maintain a tidy and inviting showroom environment.
• Computer Tasks & Billing: Handle basic computer work, including checking stock availability and processing customer bills.
• Sales Targets: Aim to meet monthly sales goals and upsell related accessories (like switches or fans).
• Follow-ups: Keep a record of customer inquiries and follow up with those who need time to decide.
• Requirements & Skills
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to handle diverse customers politely.
• Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computers for daily showroom operations.
• Attitude: Proactive, energetic, and customer-centric mindset.
• Appearance: Should be presentable and disciplined.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail or showroom sales (especially in electricals or home decor) is a plus, but freshers can also apply.
• Work Timings
• Standard Days: 9:45 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:45 PM to 9:00 PM (Split Shift)
• Sunday: Up to 2:00 PM
