Site Engineer

·      Planning of upcoming activities.

·      Schedule of overall project.

·      Guide to all engineer and supervisor about execution.

·      Check all DWG and revised DWG.

·      Co-ordinate with client project engineer and general manager related all upcoming activities and DWG, differences in DWGs.

·      Co-ordinate with client general manager related all site issues (quality, quantity, checking, etc.)

·      Identify problems on site and resolve it with client general manager.

·      Make & maintain manpower report and daily progress report.

·      Found differences between old and revised DWG.

·      Randomly checked all docs related site execution (once in weekly)

·      Randomly checked all safety docs (once in weekly)

·      Randomly checked house keeping all site and colony (once in weekly)

·      Every day records and take follow up from engineers related daily project progress

·      Every day take follow up from safety officer & engineer’s related material requirement.

·      Shuttering material should be clean before fitting (Mivan shuttering)

·      Shuttering material surface should be clean & provide oil sufficient for smooth surface

·      Shuttering fitting should be proper and provide sufficient support for vertical as well as horizontal element.

·      If require extra support re check shuttering material and provide sufficient support.

·      Check all column’s plumb before and after casting

·      Mark 1mt LVL on every column which are casted

·      Required column cap (TOPI) in every casted column at slab shuttering LVL

·      Each floor stair and lift should be in priority

·      Refer and discussed each and every DWG of slab before start work with p.m.

·      Take all DWG and read it before start work. Take hard copy if possible, take soft copy in AUTO-CAD file format.

·      Make sure about supporting before casting

·      Be present on TBT and inform all Forman’s regarding further and daily routine activities.

·      Make list and mark in no of column which is ready for cast with qty.

·      Shuttering material stacking properly

·      Removed all shuttering material from slab surface after completing D-shuttering of slab

·      Supervisor (casting supervisor) send you casting column no list after completing casting. It’s useful for de-shuttering work and record it.

·      Calculate QTY for casting which are ready to be cast. Its list out and send to supervisor, client engineer and p.m.

·      All steel checks

·      Before column fitting check ring size & hook of ring

·      Check column’s steel vertical no of bars, laps required.

·      Mark column no on DWG which is ready for shuttering

·      After checking of column by client engineer, mark on DWG and sent it to shuttering engineer.

·      Make sure and checked column and slab before client’s engineer checked.

·      Give Information to F.M. of column steel, typical column.

·      Give proper guidance to fm. About stair, lift and cut out steel details

·      Check cutting length if there are issues or wastages then discussed with p.m. and client engineer.

·      Check laps in Column vertical bar no one laps more than 50 mm of required lap.

·      No one lap of vertical bar in slab area

·      Be present on TBT and inform all Forman’s regarding further and daily routine activities.

·      Make list and mark in no of column which is ready for shuttering.

·      Steel material stacking properly

·      Removed all steel material from slab surface after completing steel work of slab

·      Steel QTY should be calculate before 20 days of slab casting.

·      Inform p.m. about Steel QTY for next month requirement before 20 days.

·      Always feed no of Forman and agency owner and Holt on them.
