Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new franchise opportunities through various outreach and lead-generation channels.

2. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.

3. Conduct detailed market research to evaluate and explore potential franchise markets.

4. Present the franchise business model to potential partners and assist them through the onboarding process.

5. Provide continuous support, training, and consultation to franchisees to align with brand standards and ensure operational success.

6. Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and legal to streamline franchise development initiatives.

7. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s expansion objectives.
