Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our Chat Process team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who have good typing skills and a passion for helping customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
