🧩 About the RoleWe are urgently hiring a Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our custom-made software solutions to both B2B (business clients) and B2C (individual customers).

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong interest in software sales.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and target new B2B and B2C business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-ups.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations customized for client needs.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines using CRM software.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.

✅ Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of Tally and Busy software is a plus not mandatory.
• Own two-wheeler is preferred not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in software sales (B2B/B2C) or field marketing will be an advantage.
