Core Responsibilities

  • Identifying Hiring Needs
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Forecast future hiring needs based on business growth and turnover.
  • Creating Job Descriptions
  • Draft clear and compelling job descriptions tailored to each role.
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and legal standards.
  • Sourcing Candidates
  • Use job boards, social media , employee referrals, and recruitment direct.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Screening and ShortlistingReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess suitability.
  • Interview Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Provide candidates with necessary information and support throughout the process.
  • Candidate Assessment
  • Administer assessments or tests as required.
  • Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Offer Management
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure all documentation and background checks are completed.
  • Onboarding Support
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding by coordinating with HR and relevant departments.
  • Ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
  • Track key hiring metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Use data to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
