Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operational functions at echallan.app. This role will involve coordinating with internal teams, managing workflows, ensuring accurate documentation, and contributing to efficient operational processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes at echallan.app
• Coordinate effectively with teams across product, customer support, marketing, and compliance
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data using internal systems
• Handle documentation, data entry, and verification tasks with precision
• Monitor timelines and ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
• Address operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary
• Assist with preparing MIS reports and operation analytics
• Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and legal requirements
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, back-office, or administrative roles (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic digital tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
