Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient individual to handle billing, inventory, and basic accounting at our pathology lab.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations by managing patient billing, stock entries, and financial records using tools like Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Experience in Tally Prime is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate bills and test receipts

• Record patient and test details accurately

• Maintain stock records (kits, reagents, consumables)

• Track payments and outstanding balances

• Assist with Excel-based accounting tasks

Requirements:

✔ Good communication and customer-handling skills

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

✔ Tally knowledge is a plus

✔ Basic understanding of accounts and billing

✔ Friendly and professional attitude
