Job Title: Billing Executive – Showroom

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹16,500 per month

National Electronics is looking for a smart and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing operations and support daily showroom activities.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing customer bills accurately
• Handling cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions
• Maintaining daily sales records and billing reports
• Assisting customers with billing-related queries
• Coordinating with sales and stock team for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software preferred)
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Minimum 12th pass (preferred)
• Ability to work in a team

कार्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• ग्राहकों के बिल तैयार करना और सही तरीके से प्रोसेस करना
• नकद, UPI, कार्ड एवं अन्य भुगतान लेन-देन संभालना
• दैनिक बिक्री रिकॉर्ड और बिलिंग रिपोर्ट बनाए रखना
• बिलिंग से संबंधित ग्राहकों की समस्याओं का समाधान करना
• सेल्स और स्टॉक टीम के साथ समन्वय करना

योग्यता:

• कंप्यूटर का बेसिक ज्ञान (MS Office और बिलिंग सॉफ्टवेयर वांछनीय)
• अच्छे संवाद कौशल और ग्राहक सेवा क्षमता
• ईमानदार, समयनिष्ठ और जिम्मेदार
• न्यूनतम 12वीं पास (वांछनीय)
• टीम के साथ काम करने की क्षमता
