Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions/services.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and research teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (experience may substitute education).
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role.

Technical Skills

Sales & CRM Tools

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Basic understanding of lead management and sales pipeline tracking.

Data & Reporting

• Proficiency in Excel for tracking sales performance and preparing reports.
• Ability to analyze basic sales data and identify growth opportunities.

Presentation & Communication
