Job Summary:

Madhavi Skill University is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDMs) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting working professionals, understanding their career goals, and counseling them about the benefits of pursuing an MBA program. This role focuses on outreach, counseling, and converting prospects into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilitie:

Identify and approach working professionals who may benefit from pursuing an MBA.

Conduct meetings, presentations, and counseling sessions to explain course details, eligibility, and career advantages.

Build strong relationships with potential candidates and provide personalized guidance.

Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollments in the CRM system.

Participate in field visits, corporate outreach activities, and promotional events as required.

Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Stay updated with MBA program features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

2–5 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (education sector preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

Willingness to travel within assigned regions.

Good presentation and relationship-building abilities.
