CRM Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and strengthen relationships with our distributors, retailers, and institutional customers. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers, sales, plant, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and manage customer database (distributors, retailers, institutional clients)

Handle customer communication related to orders, dispatch, billing, and payments

Coordinate with Sales, Production/Plant, Dispatch, and Accounts teams

Track order status and ensure timely delivery

Register, track, and resolve customer complaints efficiently

Ensure proper documentation of customer records and complaints

Support sales team with customer data, order history, and feedback

Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with accounts and sales

Prepare daily / weekly / monthly CRM and MIS reports

Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies

Skills & Requirements

2-3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support (FMCG preferred)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Experience in order processing, customer handling, and MIS reporting

Working knowledge of CRM software / Excel

Ability to handle customer complaints professionally

Good understanding of FMCG / Dairy distribution systems

Problem-solving and multitasking ability
