Job Description
- Sales Staff / Sales Executive / Independent Sales Agent: The core role involves promoting and selling Ceragem health products, such as the automatic thermal massage beds, to customers. This requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate potential buyers about the health benefits of the products. This role often involves a commission-based structure.
- Healthcare Consultant / Healing Consultant: Staff in this role focus heavily on customer engagement and patient care, helping people with their health and fitness goals using Ceragem machines. They provide guidance, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a positive trial experience for visitors.
- Center Manager: This individual is responsible for the overall management and guidance of the centre and its hospitality team. Duties include ensuring operations align with company standard operating procedures (SOPs), creating marketing and sales strategies, and general administration tasks.
- Receptionist / Customer Support Executive: These team members manage front-office activities, handle customer inquiries via various media, maintain customer information in computer systems, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
