पद का परिचय:

हम होटल लॉन्ड्री संचालन एवं रिटेल ग्राहक लॉन्ड्री के लिए एक मेहनती और जिम्मेदार लॉन्ड्री हेल्पर की भर्ती कर रहे हैं। इस कार्य में होटल लिनेन (बेडशीट, पिलो कवर, तौलिए आदि) के साथ-साथ रिटेल ग्राहक कपड़ों की धुलाई, सुखाना, फोल्डिंग, प्रेसिंग, पैकिंग और डिलीवरी सहायता शामिल है।

मुख्य कार्य व जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• होटल लिनेन (बेडशीट, पिलो कवर, तौलिए आदि) की छंटाई
• रिटेल ग्राहक कपड़ों की छंटाई (रंग, कपड़े का प्रकार, वॉश टाइप के अनुसार)
• वॉशिंग मशीन में कपड़े/लिनेन लोड करना और वॉश प्रोग्राम चलाना
• वॉशिंग के बाद कपड़े/लिनेन मशीन से निकालकर ड्रायर या सुखाने की जगह पर रखना
• जरूरत पड़ने पर हाथ से कपड़े धोना
• धुले हुए कपड़ों को रस्सी पर, कमरे में या धूप में सुखाने के लिए टांगना
• कपड़ों और लिनेन की प्रेसिंग / इस्त्री करना
• कपड़ों की फोल्डिंग और पैकिंग करना
• होटल तक कपड़ों की डिलीवरी में जाना / मदद करना
• रिटेल शॉप से आने वाले ग्राहक कपड़ों को निर्देशानुसार प्रोसेस करना
• कार्य क्षेत्र की साफ-सफाई और स्वच्छता बनाए रखना
• केमिकल व डिटर्जेंट का सुरक्षित और जिम्मेदारी से उपयोग करना
• सुपरवाइजर / मैनेजर द्वारा दिए गए अन्य कार्यों को करना

शिफ्ट एवं वेतन संरचना:

A शिफ्ट: सुबह 5:00 बजे – दोपहर 3:30 बजे

• वेतन: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000

B शिफ्ट: दोपहर 1:00 बजे – रात 11:30 बजे

• वेतन: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000

C शिफ्ट: रात 8:00 बजे – सुबह 7:00 बजे

• वेतन: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000

GENERAL शिफ्ट: सुबह 8:00 बजे – रात 6:00 बजे

             वेतन: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000

उम्मीदवार हेतु आवश्यक योग्यताएँ:

• केवल पुरुष उम्मीदवार
• होटल / हाउसकीपिंग / लॉन्ड्री में पूर्व अनुभव हो तो वरीयता (अनुभव न हो तो भी चल सकता है)
• शारीरिक रूप से फिट और मेहनती
• समयनिष्ठ, अनुशासित और जिम्मेदार
• शिफ्ट में काम करने के लिए तैयार
• टीम में काम करने की क्षमता
• साफ-सफाई और गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन करने की आदत

Position Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Laundry Helper to support both hotel laundry operations and retail shop customer laundry. The role includes washing, drying, pressing, folding, packing, and assisting in delivery of hotel linen (bed sheets, pillow covers, towels, etc.) as well as customer garments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sort hotel linen (bed sheets, pillow covers, towels, etc.)
• Sort retail customer garments by color, fabric type, and wash category
• Load laundry into washing machines and run wash programs
• Unload washed items and transfer them to dryers or drying areas
• Hand wash garments when required
• Hang washed clothes on ropes, in drying rooms, or in the sun
• Iron / press garments and linen
• Fold and pack washed and pressed clothes neatly
• Go for delivery to hotels whenever required
• Process retail shop clothes as per instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laundry area
• Handle detergents and chemicals safely and responsibly
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager

Shift & Salary Structure:

A Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000

B Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000

C Shift: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000

General Shift - 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000

Candidate Requirements:

• Male candidates only
• Previous experience in laundry / hotel / housekeeping preferred (not mandatory)
• Physically fit and hardworking
• Punctual, disciplined and responsible
• Willing to work in shift timings as per requirement
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
• Team-player attitude
