🔍 About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and field-ready Loader/Unloader Supervisor to oversee timely vehicle loading and unloading operations across designated locations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of managing on-ground teams efficiently.

• 🛠 Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate loading/unloading of vehicles at assigned sites
• Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods as per schedule
• Manage and guide loaders, helpers, and drivers on-site
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement and material handling
• Communicate effectively with operations team and vendors via mobile apps and calls
• Resolve on-ground issues promptly and escalate when necessary
• ✅ Requirements: Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or field operations (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid license
• Comfortable using smartphones for communication and reporting
• Willingness to work on-field and travel between locations
• Quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset
• 📱 Tech Savvy:Familiar with WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic mobile apps
• Able to share location, photos, and updates in real time
• Working Time: 8am to 7pm
• 2 Monthly Holidays
• Must have two wheeler
