🛒 Job Role (Store Picker):

• Store ke andar products ko order list ke according pick karna
• Items ko scan karke packing team ko handover karna
• Inventory maintain karna & stock check karna
• Store cleanliness & discipline maintain rakhna
• App me order status update karna

🔰 Special Condition:

• Store ke andar Picker ka kaam karne ke liye candidate ko minimum 20 orders field me Blinkit Rider ke through complete karne honge.
• 20 orders complete hone ke baad hi store me Picker role milta hai.

🎯 Requirements:

• 10th pass / Above
• Basic smartphone knowledge
• Fast & accurate picking skills
• Physically fit
• Timing discipline

⏱️ Shift Timing:

• 8 to 12 hours (Store requirement ke hisab se)
