- Billing & Quantity Surveying: Preparing client/subcontractor bills (RA Bills), quantity take-offs from drawings, and verifying site measurements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation, rate analysis, and material reconciliation.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel), and ERP systems.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of work done, contractual documentation, and project measurements.
