Job Title: Showroom / Store Manager

Location: Sakchi, Jamshedpur

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹23,500 per month

National Electronics is looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom / Store Manager to oversee daily showroom operations and lead the sales team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Managing overall showroom operations and staff supervision
• Driving sales performance and achieving monthly targets
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating inventory management
• Ensuring excellent customer service and handling customer issues
• Maintaining daily sales reports, cash management, and store records
• Coordinating with suppliers and management for smooth operations
• Ensuring proper display, cleanliness, and store discipline

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and customer handling ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing & inventory software preferred)
• Experience in retail/showroom management preferred
• Honest, responsible, and target-oriented
