Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Job Type: Full Time.

Job Location : Bindal Mall Jamshedpur.

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Female Accounts Executive to manage the accounts and financial records of Kancara Resources Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial documentation, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient handling of accounts-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Bookkeeping

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliation.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Generate financial reports as required by management.

Compliance and Taxation

• Ensure compliance with Monthly GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and file tax returns and handle audits.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting regulations.

Banking and Financial Management

• Manage daily bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, loans, and other financial activities.

Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with other departments for accurate financial data management.
• Address queries from vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.

Miscellaneous Tasks

• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate deductions and payments.
• Assist in financial planning and analysis for business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CA intermediate is a plus).

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime is Must)
• Monthly GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial tools.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English & Hindi Proficiency is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with Vendors and Other Management Team
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling accounts in a similar industry.
• Experience with softwares like Tally ( Must) and other latest softwares.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to manage and work independently and report to Senior Mgt.
• Preference would be given to candidates who are abreast with Latest Softwares which can be incorporated in the Accounting and other spheres of the company.
