• Location: Odisha
• Manage Site: Plan and schedule painting tasks and coordinate with team of painters to do the work smoothly. Ensure Timely Measurement.
• Manage quality: Supervise quality control inspections and ensure work meets specifications
• Manage materials: Order and manage painting materials and supplies timely looking after the stocks in hand.
• Manage people: Train and guide team members, and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage inventory: Maintain inventory of materials, equipment, and tools. Ensure Timely Invoicing.
• Manage communication: Communicate with Heads as and when require and to ensure the job doesn’t get delayed or hampered.

Skills and traits 

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Experience in Structural Paint.
