Sr.Sales Manager

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base. Lead and manage the sales team, set individual targets, and monitor performance. Identify new market opportunities, potential clients, and business growth areas. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and partners. Coordinate with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Conduct competitor and market analysis to adjust strategies and pricing. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain a healthy receivable cycle. Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
