Responsibilities:

- Merchandise and display products to maximize sales and enhance visual appeal

- Promote brand awareness and drive sales through effective communication and customer engagement

- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly

- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and product availability

- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and goals

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products

- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and inventory

Requirements:

- 21-35 years of age

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions

- Familiarity with merchandising and product display techniques
