Telecaller
We are hiring Telecallers to connect with patients and provide support.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, feedback, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate call records and daily reports
- Support in sales, customer service, and patient care assistance
Requirements:
- Good communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English preferred)
- Experience in calling, customer care, or healthcare sector is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
