Job Summary-We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Waiter / Steward to deliver excellent dining experiences to our guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining hygiene and service standards in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and a strong service orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service
• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Present menu, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints courteously.
• Present bills, process payments, and thank guests upon departure.

Operational Duties

• Set up tables with proper cutlery, crockery, glassware, and condiments.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Assist in buffet setup, banquet service, or special events when required.
• Follow SOPs related to service standards and hygiene compliance.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
• Compliance & HygieneMaintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
• Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Basic billing/POS system knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th/12th pass.
• Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–2 years of experience in restaurant/hotel service.

Work Conditions

• Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Standing for extended periods.
