Atheletic And Football Coaches

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Training Support

• Assist in conducting athletics training sessions (running, jumping, throwing, basic fitness).
• Support warm-ups, cool-downs, stretching, and injury-prevention practices.
• Help manage different age groups (U-10, U-14, U-18 as assigned).
• Maintain discipline and safety during training sessions.

Athlete Development

• Observe athletes’ performance and share feedback with the Head Coach.
• Support basic fitness assessment and tracking of athlete progress.
• Encourage teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Mobilization & Community Engagement (Mandatory)

• Mobilize children and youth from nearby villages, schools, and communities to join the athletics program.
• Assist in conducting trials, demo sessions, and awareness activities.
• Coordinate with parents, schools, and local representatives to ensure regular attendance.
• Support retention by maintaining consistent communication with parents/guardians.

Events & Competitions

• Assist during practice meets, inter-school events, and CSR competitions.
• Support logistics for events, exposure visits, and camps.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain attendance records, training logs, and mobilization data.
• Assist in equipment handling and training-area setup.
• Submit weekly updates to the Head Athletic Coach / Program Manager.

Eligibility

Essential

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Physical Education preferred).
• Basic knowledge or certification in athletics coaching (SAI / AFI / NIS – preferred).
• Willingness to work at grassroots and community level.

Desirable

• Experience in school sports / NGO / CSR sports programs.
• Knowledge of local language and area.
