Dance Teacher

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and passionate Dance Teacher (Classic, Western) to nurture artistic expression, stage confidence, rhythm, creativity, and performance skills among students. The ideal candidate must be capable of conducting structured performing arts sessions, preparing students for stage performances, and contributing to the cultural development of the school, and to teach instrumental lessons to high standard using a wide range of repertoire and teaching resources, as required in group and individual settings. Providing instruction in various dance styles.

• Conduct structured sessions in Dance (Classic, Western) per expertise.
• Prepare students for Annual Day, cultural events, competitions, and school assemblies.
• Choreograph performances and coordinate rehearsals. Mentor students for inter-school cultural competitions.
• Coordinate with academic and event teams for smooth execution of programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1+ years experience in school or academy training
• Professional/Institute Experience Certification preferred
