Role ObjectiveTo help students and job-seekers overcome their "fear of English" and teach them how to present themselves confidently in interviews and social settings.

• Key Responsibilities (The Local Focus)
• Hesitation Removal: Use fun activities and speaking games to get students to open their mouths and speak without worrying about mistakes.
• Basic Grammar for Speaking: Focus on "Spoken Grammar" (Tenses, Sentence Construction) rather than deep textbook theory.
• Interview Ready: Teach students how to introduce themselves, dress professionally for an interview, and answer common questions (e.g., "Tell me about yourself").
• MTI Correction: Help students reduce their local accent to ensure they are clearly understood in professional environments.
• Confidence Coaching: Teach basic body language, like eye contact and a confident sitting posture.
• Candidate Profile (Who should apply?)
• The Communicator: You must speak English fluently and clearly. You don't need a foreign accent; you need a clear, correct one.
• The Motivator: You should be energetic and able to encourage students who are shy or scared of English.
• Experience: 1+ years of teaching or experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Sales, Front Desk, or Schools).
• Education: Graduate in any stream (English preferred), but your speaking ability matters more than your degree.
