Job Description

Job Summary:The Process Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and optimizing operational processes across production, supply chain, and distribution functions within the FMCG division. The role ensures smooth workflow, adherence to quality standards, timely dispatch, and continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Monitoring & Coordination

  • Coordinate daily production and operational activities to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track process flow from procurement to production and dispatch.
  • Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to concerned departments.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.

2. Production & Planning Support

  • Assist in production planning and scheduling as per demand forecasts.
  • Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and optimum utilization of resources.

3. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and audits.
  • Maintain documentation related to production, quality, and compliance.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, wastage, and output.
  • Analyze data to suggest process improvements.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with sales, warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and alignment with sales demand.
  • Support management in implementing operational strategies.

6. Process Improvement

  • Identify areas for operational efficiency improvement.
  • Implement lean practices to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Participate in automation and system enhancement initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 1–5 years of experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Production environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain flow.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
