Business Development Manager for Jaunpur

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a background in School ERP sales, Publications in Academics, and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the education sector, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target prospective clients, including school and college owners, to promote and sell our B2B educational products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets to management.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in School ERP sales, Publications in Academics, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Self-disciplined with a high level of motivation and drive to succeed.
