Job Description

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting liquor products based on preferences and occasions.
  • Provide detailed information on wines, spirits, beers, and other beverages.
  • Promote upselling and cross-selling (e.g., premium brands, gift packs, seasonal offers).
  • Ensure compliance with age-verification laws and responsible alcohol sales practices.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Maintain stock levels, organize shelves, and ensure attractive product displays.
  • Track sales performance and report daily/weekly sales figures to management.
  • Build customer loyalty by offering personalized recommendations and fostering repeat business.
