Job Description
- Generate leads for Auto & E-Rickshaw loans through field visits, dealers, and references
- Build strong relationships with E-Rickshaw dealers, drivers, and unions
- Explain loan products clearly (interest rate, EMI, tenure, down payment)
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and KYC documentation
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams
- Follow up for approval, disbursement, and post-disbursement support
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and follow-ups
- Ensure adherence to company policies and RBI/NBFC guidelines
- Support collection or renewal activities when required
- Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & local language preferred)
- Knowledge of Auto / E-Rickshaw loan products
- Customer handling and relationship-building ability
- Basic financial understanding of EMI and repayment capacity
- Field sales and negotiation skills
- Basic mobile app/CRM usage
- Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented approach
