Job Description:

A store Executive is responsible for the systematic storage, management, and distribution of an

organization's inventory, materials, and supplies. The role is fundamental to supply chain operations and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

·        ⁠Inventory Management

·        ⁠Material Inward and Outward in tally

·        Preparation of GRN

·        Keeping the Material in safe and Secured Place.

·        Maintain store place neat and clean

·        Preparing GRN of accepted inward Material and Outward Material.

·        Proficiency in inventory control methods and familiarity with software like ERP, SAP or Oracle.

·        Record the store material receipt & consumption on daily basis, checking the stock as per records.

·        Inspecting and documenting incoming shipments to verify their contents and check for damage or discrepancies.

·        Maintaining accurate stock records using manual logs or inventory management software. Conducting regular cycle counts and audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.

·        Arranging and storing materials in an orderly, accessible, and safe manner.

·        Implementing methods such as First-In, First-Out (FIFO) to manage stock rotation.
