Candidate ProfileEducation / Certification:

• ITI / Trade Certificate in Welding (preferred)
• TIG / Argon Welding certification is an added advantage

Experience:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in TIG (Argon) welding
• Experience in fabrication / manufacturing / FMCG / pharma plants preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong TIG welding skills on SS & aluminum
• Ability to read drawings and measurements
• Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail
• Knowledge of welding safety practices
• Ability to work independently and in shifts
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Weld quality and rejection rate
