JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE  

   Responsible for inbound logistics which includes unloading and storage of RM / PM and issuance of stocks to Manufacturing.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

• • Accountable to manage safe working operation in warehouse, Ensure self and team members consistently follow all EHS rules and procedures.

  • Ensure to monitor safe MHEs operation in warehouse

  • Ensure to maintain GMP in warehouse and monitor and prevent pest activity in warehouse

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene level  and 5s of warehouse and monitor housekeeping activity

  • Accountable to follow each process steps as per SOPs and ensure no violation of SOP

  • Ensure accurate material receiving ,Inspection,sampling labelling and storage process as per SOPs

  • Timely dispatch of Finished goods as per norms to allocated distribution point.

  • Ensuring non-stop supply of accurate RM/PM to manufacturing line on time. No line stoppage due to   

     material unavailability on time.

  • Accountable to manage 100% accurate stock at batch level

  •  Ensure to segregate damage and near expiry stocks and store in separate area with proper labelling 

  • Highlight any type of noncompliance on timely manner to supervisor

  • Participate in Idea generation, BBS card submission and operation excellence program at plant actively

  • Responsible for manpower supervision & diriving safe work behaviours across the RM/PMwarehouse. 

   

 

QUALIFICATIONS  

 

Education  

• •           Any Graduate / Diploma in Materials Management/ Supply Chain Management .

  •           Should be proficient in SAP ERP system.

  •           Should have 5-7 years of experience in warehousing operations.
