Manager - Operational Excellence

     

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • • Resposible for creating an environment and assisting leadership in the timely and successful implementation of OpEx program at site.

    •Support to ensure that Operational Excellence opportunities and Continious Improvement culture are embedded across all facets of operations.

  • • Close follow up with all OpEx work streams and functions to drive the continuous improvement

       across the operations and ensure milestones are delivered as per plan.

    • Leading and supporting Lean Six Sigma projects to identify and eliminate waste, reduce variability, improve process efficiency and product quality.

    • Responsible for visual updates of metrics through coordination with stakeholders.

    • Support in OSW implementation, Lead RCA Approach, MOS, support UEX work shop and assessment, FLL program launch, change management plans roll out, SLA program, Kaizen workshop, Drive VSM.

    • Lead on site Monthly Business Review  process.

    •  Implementing strategy cascading through visual boards to ensure clear communication of goals and progress across all levels of the organization.

    • Coordinating and facilitating operations and quality review meetings to ensure alignment and address any issues.

    • Coordinate & monitor various metrics (premium plant & global MBR) and putting into the

       database.

    • Monitor  and Report monthly balance scorecard results for the  site and provide metric results to

       Division.

    • Provide necessary support in driving  OpEx culture at site.

  • • Networking with other Sites / Functions and benchmarking to exchange knowledge and good

      practices

    • Drive various OpEx initiative like OpEx Maturity assesment , Continious Improvement Days cleberation and other programs.

    • Compliance Wire administrative support.

    • Plan and schedule technical training for the site as per site and division head.

    • Support Gemba program.

Educational Background:

1. Mechanical Engineering Post Graduate with 06 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment and Lean Six Sigma concepts

2. Strong follow ups and execution skills.

3.Good Project Management skills.

4.Black Belt Certified Professional

• Coaching and mentoring ability

• Encourage open exchange of ideas and knowledge sharing.

Accountability & Scope:

• Close follow up and coordination in executing BEx initiatives across site operations.
