Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in operating CNC machines.

The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision components as per specifications.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC machines such as turning, milling, or machining centers
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
• Set up machines including tooling, fixtures, and offsets
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform basic programming edits (G-code / M-code knowledge preferred)
• Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.)
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety protocols
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults
• Ensure production targets are met with minimal rejection
• Required Skills:Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code)
• Understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection techniques
• Ability to work in shifts if required
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

• Qualification:
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Certification in CNC machining (preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC machine operation
• Preferred Skills:Experience on Fanuc / Siemens / Haas controllers
• Exposure to different materials (steel, aluminum, plastics)
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance
• Salary:As per industry standards / based on experience
