Label Machine Operator.

• Machine Operation: Start/stop, set-up and operate the labeling machine smoothly.
• Product Labeling: Labeling products correctly, in the right place, and without any defects (e.g., bends, bubbles).
• Adjustment of settings: Adjusting the machine settings and pressure according to the size and packaging of different products.
• Quality Control: Checking label clarity, correct information, and correct placement.

Bar Bending Schedule.

• Preparation of BBS: Preparation of accurate Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for columns, beams, slabs and foundations as per structural drawings.
• Cutting Length and Bending: Calculating the exact cutting length and bending shape of rods.
• Quantity and Weight Estimation: Calculating the total quantity (number of bars) and weight (total weight) of steel required for the project.
• Reducing wastage: Adopting effective methods to reduce steel wastage and control steel consumption on site.
• Site Coordination: Instructing Bar Benders on site to cut and bend steel according to drawings and checking the work.
