• Security Guard Responsibilities

1. Access ControlEntry/exit gate par logon ka check-in/check-out maintain karna.

• Visitors, staff aur vehicles ki proper verification karna.
• ID cards, visitor passes aur gate passes issue & collect karna.

2. Surveillance & MonitoringCCTV cameras ko regular monitor karna.

• Suspicious activity ya unknown persons ko identify karna.
• Premises ki regular patrolling (indoor & outdoor) karna.

3. Safety & Security of PropertyStore, office, warehouse ya building ki security ensure karna.

• Doors, windows, locks aur alarm systems check karte rehna.
• Fire safety equipment (extinguishers, emergency exits) verify karna.

4. Crowd & Movement ControlRush hours mein discipline maintain karna.

• Customers/visitors ko line follow karna ensure karana.
• Emergency situation mein crowd ko safely evacuate karna.

5. Customer AssistanceCustomers ko direction dena, basic information provide karna.

• Elderly/disabled persons ko help karna.
• Lost & found items ka record maintain karna.

6. Incident HandlingEmergency cases jaise fire, theft, fight, accident ko handle karna.

• Turant management ko inform karna.
• Incident report (IR) prepare karna.

7. Discipline & ReportingAttendance, logbook, register aur daily report maintain karna.

• Uniform, grooming, and behavior standards follow karna.
• Supervisor/management ko daily update dena.

8. Preventive SecurityRisk areas identify karna aur management ko alert karna.

• Night rounds, store closing/opening ke time extra vigilance rakna.
• Unauthorized access ko prevent karna.
