Business Development Executive (BDE)

Visit retail outlets (FMCG, pharmacy, medical retailers) in assigned areas as per daily field plan.

Present and sell the value of the Retailer Shakti B2B e-commerce platform to potential partners.

Achieve individual sales and order generation targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Build strong relationships with retailers to ensure long-term engagement and high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations/logistics) to ensure smooth onboarding and service support.

Maintain accurate records, complete documentation & retailer KYC.

Monitor competitor activity in the field and report feedback.
