Job Description
- Operate, monitor, and maintain electronic and electrical equipment on the production floor.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of control panels, sensors, instruments, and communication systems.
- Assist in installation, wiring, and testing of PLC, SCADA, and automation components.
- Troubleshoot electronic circuits, PCB components, control systems, and instrumentation faults.
- Conduct routine calibration of sensors, meters, transmitters, and controllers.
- Maintain accurate documentation, maintenance logs, and service reports.
- Support quality control activities by testing and inspecting electronic devices/equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, plant policies, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with production, mechanical, electrical, and safety teams for smooth plant operations.
- Assist engineers in project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
