Job Description: We are looking for passionate and goal-driven Academic Counsellors to join our Jodhpur office. The ideal candidate will guide students through their CLAT and CAT preparation journeys by providing academic advice, mentorship, and assistance in choosing the right course structure based on their aptitude and requirements. The role involves direct interaction with students and parents to understand their goals and help them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding CLAT and CAT exam preparation strategies, courses, and study plans.

• Understand students’ academic backgrounds, strengths, and weaknesses to offer personalized guidance.

• Assist in course selection, planning schedules, and tracking progress.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure sustained motivation and performance.

• Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to address student queries and academic challenges.

• Maintain student records and ensure timely reporting and documentation.

• Participate in seminars, workshops, and orientation programs to engage with prospective students.

• Work towards meeting counselling targets and contribute to the growth of the institute.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Empathetic approach, patience, and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
