Job Description

  • 1. Financial AccountingRecord & verify all sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries from other departments.
  • Prepare Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss Statement.
  • Maintain accuracy and daily ledger updates in Tally / Excel / Google Sheets.
  • 2. GST & TaxationHandle GST entries, filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation).
  • Maintain TDS deduction & return filing records.
  • Coordinate with CA for Income Tax and audit compliance.
  • 3. Vendor & Client Ledger ManagementVerify and reconcile vendor bills & client invoices received from purchase/sales team.
  • Maintain outstanding reports (receivables & payables).
  • Track advance payments and pending adjustments.
  • 4. Banking & ReconciliationPrepare Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) monthly.
  • Check NEFT, RTGS, cheque entries updated by cashier.
  • Maintain control over all bank accounts and petty cash entries (verified only).
  • 5. Audit & Internal ControlVerify vouchers, bills, and supporting documents from all departments.
  • Prepare audit files and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
  • Ensure all entries match physical and digital records.
  • 6. Reporting & ComplianceGenerate monthly financial summary and GST report for management.
  • Support director/founder with data for decision making.
  • Ensure all statutory and internal compliance maintained.
