Experience: Minimum 1-2 years preferred (Fresher with good knowledge may also apply)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Chartered Accountancy office. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, tax return filing (Income Tax, GST, TDS), and should be comfortable working with MS Excel and other accounting tools. Good communication and typing skills are essential.

• Key Responsibilities:Handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITR)
• Filing GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Preparing and filing TDS Returns
• Maintaining client data and supporting documents
• Coordinating with clients for necessary information and follow-ups
• Using accounting software like Tally, Marg, Excel, etc. for data entry and reports
• Preparing financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Composing professional emails and letters to clients and departments
• Required Skills:Good working knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and TDS provisions
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Ability to write clear and professional emails
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Marg, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Any equivalent degree in accounting or finance
