Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support smooth financial operations of the company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

We required 7-10years of experience, someone who is already already working in agro -products have benefit of selection.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP system
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• GST calculation, return filing coordination, and compliance
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Maintain records of expenses, bills, and vendor payments
• Coordinate with auditors and CA for financial documentation
• Prepare financial reports as required by management
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients
• Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of Tally / ERP software
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
