Job Description
- Contribute towards revenue generation by driving admissions through effective counselling and recommending the company’s exclusive educational programs to prospective and existing students and parents via in-person counselling, telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding fees from parents within the specified timelines.
- Facilitate a smooth and seamless student journey from enrollment to course completion by efficiently managing all associated administrative activities
- Deliver an excellent student and parent experience by building strong rapport, understanding concerns, and providing quick and effective resolutions.
- Ensure complete adherence to internal processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/system.
- Participate in outreach initiatives, including events, seminars, school visits, and marketing activities to support lead generation and brand visibility.
- Coordinate closely with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth batch commencement and ongoing academic support.
- Analyze enquiry and admission trends to provide insights for improving conversion efficiency.
- Consistently achieve admission and service excellence targets while maintaining professionalism and high quality in all interactions.
