Area Manager–Hub Operations

As an Area Manager, you’ll be accountable for:

• Driving cost efficiency & achieving budgeted cost per shipment
• Ensuring zero shipment loss, shrinkage, and high stock accuracy
• Leading hub teams to deliver 100% KPI compliance and operational excellence
• Enhancing productivity across fleets and manpower
• Building and mentoring high-performance teams with succession & retention planning
• Managing statutory, environmental, and commercial compliance
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience through swift resolution & proactive engagement
• Driving continuous process improvement and maintaining quality, hygiene & safety standards
• Owning hub performance reporting, review meetings, and capacity planning
• Implementing employee engagement initiatives to maintain a motivated workforce
